so tibb nabawi could be refered to words and actions of the Prophet Mohamad SAW with a bearing on disease, treatment of disease and care of patient.

medical treatment practised by others on the Prophet, his medical treatment on himself or other/someone else, or medical teatment practised by someone else observed by the Prophet without any objections
basically, the prophet medical teaching were --specifir place, time and population
is applicable in all time, place and population.
